Welcome to Lau's Literacy Blog!
I'm very excited to be doing this. I have been struggling over the last few weeks with how to begin this blog. There is so much that we can talk about/do in terms of literacy, so where to begin?
First - Take a deep breath (and maybe grab a cup of coffee).
Now let's begin. Become familiar with the Language curriculum. The Ministry of Education curriculum documents are essential to what we do. If you don't have them, you can download them at http://www.edu.gov.on.ca/eng/teachers/curriculum.html
